Terms and Conditions

  • RLNA endeavor to provide you with your items ordered within a week of purchase. However, RLNA also advises you to allow 6 – 8 weeks from time of purchase to time of collection for your order, particularly during peak periods such as beginning of the Season.
  • It is highly recommended to try on clothing prior to purchase for correct sizing. “Try On” dresses are available at the Club house.
  • No exchanges or refunds on Athletes pants or Socks due to Health Regulations. Refunds will only be given if packaging is unopened.
  • An email will be sent when the order is ready to be collected from the Club house during shop hours.
  • Please bring your Receipt (printed or digital) at time of collection or the order will be unable to be taken from the Clubhouse.
  • When purchasing a Uniform Package; a new dress, athlete pants and one pair of socks. Receive a free pair of socks.
  • Any uniform items that have been washed is classed as Secondhand.
  • Out of stock are not displayed on the web page. Please email uniforms@rlna.com.au for an out of stock item you require.
  • Please ensure names are spelt correctly in the NOTES of the purchase for personalised items. RLNA does not accept responsibility for spelling mistakes of personalised items.
  • Rep Uniforms are solely for players who have qualified into a Redcliffe Rep Team. A password will be issued to qualified players to unlock the uniform item. Please email uniforms@rlna.com.au if the password fails to unlock the item required.
